Founder, Writer, Instructor, & Student

Forever a student of life dabbling in all things creative, with a hybrid overall wellness approach blending Eastern and Western practices. It was the gentle nudge into yoga nurtured by her mom that laid the foundation for holistic health almost 15 years ago. Receiving her RYT-200 with NJ Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, she continued her teaching hours in Yin, Restorative, and Sound Healing with Karen Mandell of Sattva Yoga now Sol Spirit in Jersey City, NJ. Leaning into her years of self-work, in 2019 she added Yoga for Mental Health: Trauma and Addiction Training with Kula for Karma in Franklin Lakes, NJ.

 

With a background in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Methodologies, Project Management and holistic health, her approach to wellness is unique and supported by data. She’s a graduate of New York University, with areas of concentration in Media, Culture and Communications as well as Minors in Latino Studies and Creative Writing in Spanish. Her writing is  featured on LynnHazan.com, collaborations include authors Maisy Card, These Ghosts Are Family, Karla Cornejo Villavicencio, The Undocumented Americans, and Matt Haig Reasons to Stay Alive & Midnight Library. Brand and literary collaborations include, Saje Natural Wellness and Harper Perennial, Olive Influencer. Opinionated and raw, she's been featured on Sex and Jersey City: A Podcast and Bad Examples Podcast. In her spare time she’s a literary gangster, parent, partner, dog-mom, daughter, sister and fearless friend. With over 500 hours of training, she will help find what you seek, slow in this fast post-pandemic world.
